Our Review System and How It Works

Our review system allows you to leave a rating for every product you have purchased. By doing so, you help us better understand your needs and enable other customers to enjoy an improved shopping experience.

All written reviews must be approved by us before being published (star ratings appear immediately, the text is subject to moderation). This usually happens within one business day during regular working hours. Reviews are generally not processed on weekends or on certain public holidays.

This process helps prevent unauthorized or inappropriate content. We also reserve the right to remove irrelevant reviews or those that violate the rules listed below, in order to maintain a positive experience for all customers. Reviews—whether positive or negative—will not be removed as long as they are written in a factual and justified manner.

However, we reserve the right to respond to certain reviews (especially negative ones) and, if necessary, ask you to adjust your review should we hold a different view.

How do I write a good review?

This naturally depends on the product.

Reviews can be submitted on any product page at the very bottom via the link in the “Review” section.

Please assign your star rating and fill in both the title and the comment field.

Try to review the product as a whole, including all of its features. This helps other customers make informed purchasing decisions. The more comprehensive and detailed a review is, the more likely it will address potential questions or concerns from other customers.

Please provide feedback that is as objective as possible, while keeping in mind that your personal opinion is also important. For example, an e-liquid may be of excellent quality but simply not suit your taste— an entirely negative review would not be very helpful to others in this case.

Conversely, an entirely positive review of a low-quality liquid just because you personally like the flavor would not be ideal either.

Rules to be observed

We do not allow:

  1. Advertising or any form of spam
  2. Extreme political statements
  3. Racist, pornographic, or violence-glorifying content
  4. Reviews written as replies to existing reviews, unless they contain corrections or clarifications regarding the product and its rating
  5. Any other form of communication that is unrelated to the products

In the event of serious violations of the points listed above (in particular points 1–3), we reserve the right to consider suspending your account.

If an account is suspended, all data associated with your account—except for your address, email address, and name—will be completely deleted. The remaining data will be used solely to automatically prevent a new registration. A request to lift such a suspension may be submitted after one year using the contact form on our website.
